Auchroisk is a relatively young distillery being founded in 1974 compared to some of its ancient Speyside counterparts. Though the distillery itself might be a recent addition to the landscape, Auchroisk Single Malt Scotch Whisky is made from the naturally-pure waters of Dorries Well, a feature as old as the hills that gives this whisky its smooth and subtle character.

NOSE:
Very attractive notes of fresh stone fruits, sultanas, serville and vanilla.
PALATE:
Stone fruits again on a slightly sweetish entry with cereal notes and floral accents. Good backbone of nuttiness and some figs and dates.
FINISH:
Mintly notes and confectionary for a soft exit of flavours.
