A blend of 40% Touriga Franca, 25% Touriga Nacional, 25% Tinta Roriz, 10% Tinta Barroca.  Full of personality, Vinha Grande is a classic and intense Douro red, made from the best wines of the harvest, that reflects the richness and quality present in the region. A deep ruby colour. An aroma of good intensity and complexity with prominent notes of red and black fruit, and hints of asparagus and artichokes. Spicy notes of black pepper and nutmeg mingle with aromas of well-integrated wood. On the palate, this full-bodied wine reveals a lively and balanced acidity, in addition to high-quality polished tannins, and notes of black fruit that invite a long and harmonious finish.
