Having spent 6 months in American (50%) and French (50%) oak casks, and a further 4 months in bottle before release, this is 100% Cabernet Sauvignon from 2 different latitudes. Open red fruit nose, with redcurrant and black berries, and a nice, refined cedary oak quality. Really juicy chocolate and bright red fruit with lovely freshness and racy tannins.
