Mezcal is obtained by fermenting for 48 hours in vats of wood the pina cooked agave Espadìn. Inside the bottle is the characteristic gusano, i.e. the famous "worm". Mezcal Gusano Rojo is a Mezcal from a straw-yellow colour, produced in the lands of Oaxaca, Mexico.
