100% Chenin Blanc. Quiet oak but well balanced with fruit. Intense apricots, honey comb and nuts on the nose. Dusty character on palate, with great depth and weight. The intense fruit is rounded out by the spicy notes from the French oak. A nice combination of cream and acidity with a nice density and balance.
