Jackaman’s vineyard is Langmeil’s finest and rarest Cabernet Sauvignon, planted in the 1960s during the Cabernet revolution in the Barossa. Harvested from 60 year-old vines at the southern end of Lyndoch in the Barossa Valley, this single acre of low yielding Cabernet Sauvignon is handpicked, gently destemmed, open fermented and basket pressed into this fantastic wine. The wine displays an intense perfume of blackcurrants, mulberries and rich dark chocolate. Penetrating red and dark berry flavours are complemented with a tangy acidity well balanced with firm but fine tannins
