100% Shiraz, this wine is matured in 10% new American oak, 90% old American and French oak hogsheads. Rich and perfumed aromas of Satsuma plum and raspberries mingles with white pepper, sweet spice, earthy tones and savoury notes. This medium-bodied wine shows an initial mouthful of sweet and spicy fruit which are complemented by hints of dark cherry, mint and spice. Velvety tannins balance with briary spice for a very sophisticated finish.
