Fun, snappy, boldly fruity and softly fizzy, this native varietal is easy to fall in love with. Named after Pier ("molo") Number 8, it comes from a scenic location near Mantua, which was said to be so enchanting that it had become the locals' favorite soit for amorous proposals. When the lake died up, the pier was rebuilt on dry land to ensure l'Amore would always triumph. And so, subsequent generations have toasted it with the playful sparkle of Molo 8 Lambrusco Mantovano.
 
100% Lambrusco After the grapes are harvested, they are vinified in stainless steel at a low controlled temperature, refermentation is in autoclaves at a controlled temperature. Intense ruby red. The bouquet is persistent and fragrant with hints of black cherries and wild berries. On the palate the wine is aromatic, fruity and pleasantly sweet. Ideal for cheese, ham, salami, pork or cold cuts and most dishes. ABV 10.5%, 750ml
