Delicate yet very complex. The palate is elegant with refined geranium note and is nicely concentrated with candy lemon peel, tangy lime and juicy apple/pear fruit flavours. The overall balance is crisp and dry with soft mineral acid tones lifting the lingering complex fruit finish.
