Bordeaux style blend of 55% Cabernet Sauvignon, 32% Merlot, 13% Cabernet Franc. We tried it recently (Oct 2020) and it was a lovely surprise to still have the dark berry flavours supported by a backbone of soft, grippy tannins and a savoury complexity which adds depth and structure to the finish. Cork disintegrated when we opened it - strain and wine is fine!
