The fruit was picked at night when the natural sugar levels were near 10 Baumé and the acid was in good balance. Made in an “OD” off-dry style where the wine retains its natural fruit sugars in balance with a zesty mineral acidity. Floral aromatics and citrus flavours for a refreshing feel. Low alcohol but full flavoured wine.
