Fermentation took place in small stainless steel vessels followed by 9 months maturation in French oak barriques. palate is an intense symphony of bright red berries and yummy fruit. It’s Blackcurrant, fresh plum, bay leaf and leather spice, with background tomato leaf tannin, a lovely medium bodied structure and crunchy acidity.with Tempranillo lending its savoury old world charm.
