Eau-de-vie obtained from Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Petit Verdot grape marc of the most renowned Château Premier Grand Cru in Pauillac (Medoc) - France.
Distilled by Jacopo Poli in Schiavon (Veneto) - Italy in October 2007. Kept until April 2016 in the cellar of the Distillery in Barrique produced by the cooper of the Château.
Raw material: Marc obtained from Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Petit Verdot of the most renowned Château Premier Grand Cru Pauillac - France.
Distillation: Artisanal, discontinuously in small lots, with antique copper still.
