A Pure Malt whisky, distilled in Poli's specially modified bain-marie pot-still, aged 5 years in French oak barriques and finished in Amarone casks for 1 year. Each bottle has a unique bottle number on the back label.
Its aroma reminds of a bowl of toasted nuts, raisins, plums, chocolate and smoked spices.
Raw material: Pure Malt, pleasantly peaty
Production method: artisanal distillation with a discontinuous bain-marie still; aged 5 years and finished in Amarone barrels.
