THE WINE
Sandeman Beat is a Port wine with a very fresh and aromatic profile, ideal for serving in cocktails. It is a highly versatile drink, making it suitable for numerous occasions.

TASTING NOTES LAST TASTED: 2021
Bright-looking, citrine coloured wine, with golden nuances. Aroma of good intensity, with a predominance of ripe white fruits, notes of tropical fruit and slightly floral. It is balanced on the palate, with a very well-integrated acidity, with a presence of white fruits and a good harmonious finish.

WINEMAKING
Grapes of selected varieties with balanced ripeness and acidity. After careful destemming and crushing, the grapes are then pressed. The must obtained is transferred to stainless steel vats, where alcoholic fermentation takes place at controlled temperatures. The balance and harmony are obtained through the selection of grapes and the choice of the right moment to halt the fermentation by the addition of wine spirit.

MATURATION
During the period between alcoholic fermentation and the final blend, the wines are subject to tastings and analyses to determine their quality. After ageing in stainless steel vats, the final blend is prepared after careful selection of wines, clarified and stabilised by cold, before bottling.

STORE
Ready to drink. It is a wine that, given its particular characteristics, should be consumed as soon as possible.

SERVE
It should be served at 8oC-12 oC.

ENJOY
Ideal served as an aperitif or in cocktails.
