"Sarpa" in the Venetian language means "grape marc", the raw material from which Grappa is made.
Conceived in 1983, Sarpa represents a bridge between past and future, holding in perfect synthesis the aroma of tradition and the advantages of modern knowledge.
Sarpa is the present of Grappa: authentic, straightforward, genuine, in a word "classic".
