Aged for half a century using only the finest cognacs recognized as a family reserve. Ageing is only done in old cask giving it a pale hue. Rare are Cognacs as this that have matured as well. Very sophisticated, complex nose with great finesse and persistent aromas of cooked apples, vanilla, boiled sweets, walnut, leather and cigar box with touches of ripe fruits: melon, apple and apricot. A buttery mouthfeel, with flavors of oak, tangerine and peach. The finish is fresh, with hints of black pepper and nutmeg.
