A blend of 64% Cabernet Sauvignon,28% Merlot,6% Malbec and 2% Petit Verdot. Intense crimson colour. Brooding, complex nose showing dark berry fruit backed up with cassis, toast and French oak. The palate is dense and structured, with an array of ripe mulberry and blackcurrant characters. Initial mineral, almost saline texture that opens up to reveal supple, red berry fruit characters on the nose and palate.
